A wall painting for Gigglebug, an animation company that creates, develops and produces positive kids content with multi-platform distribution. When I was commissioned to create a wall painting for their entrance, I came up with a grown up tribute version of Camilla Mickwitz´s iconic characters for Pikku Kakkonen, a Finnish kids' TV show me and a lot of people my age grew up with.

Before beginning the actual painting process, creating a mural requires extensive preparation. This includes designing the illustration, procuring the necessary paints and equipment. The painting itself can be a lengthy and solitary process. To alleviate some of the workload, I often hire assistants to help me out, as was the case in this situation too. Thanks Noora and Laura!
