I think it's natural and not unusual to look back to who you were before with a 20/20 hindsight and show some contempt. It's, however, good to give your past self some slack since nobody's perfect and the person you were before allowed you to become who you are today. Frame included.

Produced in the hypothalamus and released by the posterior pituitary, oxytocin serves various purposes, including social bonding, sexual reproduction, childbirth, and postpartum period. Oxytocin is a part of the collection at Uppsala University Hospital in Sweden.
I was one of 27 artists in the TypoCraft Helsinki exhibition, held at at Lokal Gallery. The show's theme was "Kauno," which means "joint writing". The participating artists made artworks or products based on this concept. The curators of TypoCraftHelsinki are gallerist Katja Hagelstam and graphic designers/ADs Ilona Ilottu, Ilkka Kärkkäinen and Tuija Tarkiainen.
